Super helpful

This is our second car from Wilsonville and we love the value and attention that we get from the staff there. We were coming from Washington and wanted to make sure the trip down to Wilsonville would be easy and not take up the whole day. Andrew helped us get our questioned answered about the Ascent Limited prior to us making a decision. Got us a great deal, prepared all the paper work ahead of time and had it all ready when we arrived. Once all the paperwork was done, he went through all the features of the car. The whole thing took a little less than 2 hours and we had a new Ascent to drive home. Andrew was super helpful with all the details of the car, the loan, and special packages. He is very knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Definitely ask for Andrew if you want a good car buying experience!

We went to Wilsonville Subaru to look at Outbacks and Foresters. Andrew explained what the different trims offered in both vehicles. After deciding on a Forester, he found us the model and color we were looking for. Andrew was very personable, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about Subaru’s. As good as can be expected

First off i will say that our sales associate Holly Hill was great. She made us very comfortable and was very attentive. The experience was as good as can be expected. Let me explain. I was very excited about the concept of the "no bull" price. I was looking forward to coming in, choosing the car i wanted and buying it without all the "i will have to run that by my manager" crap that i have gone through when negotiating the price of other cars i have bought. And that part of the process was just as promised but it still took me almost 4 hours to get in and out. The reason why is all the upsell options that you have to go through. The extended warranty on the car, the extended warranty on the electronics, the extra warranty for the windshield, the gap insurance and the options for protective coatings inside and out. By the time i left, i was exhausted. What i found even more bothersome is they never tell you the price of something, instead it is always put in terms of your monthly payment. This forces the buyer to constantly do the long division to figure out what they are paying for any of the options. For example, we decided to get a coating that protects the front of the car and also have the interior sprayed with a fabric/surface protectant. We wanted these items but i would have been a lot happier if they had just said that combined they would cost $2500 instead of presenting me with the option of paying $378 a month without it or $423 with it. I hate not being told the price. Just tell me the price. I waited to write this review until i had brought the car back for the environmental coatings and protectants that i mentioned previously so that i could give some feedback on the service department as well. My experience with the service department was spot on. Efficient and attentive and spent the time to answer all of my questions. Could not ask for more. In the end, i guess it is unrealistic to expect a truly stress free car purchase. Personally, i would have loved it if all the options that i would be presented with could be found online listed with their prices so that my wife and i could spend as much time as we wanted in private discussing them and then just zip right through them at the dealership. (Maybe they are and i just don't know about it.) I do understand that car dealerships are businesses, maybe someday Unicef will start selling cars but until then these are the people you have to deal with. And i understand that much of the profit comes from the add on sales so i don't begrudge them that they are doing their jobs. I would recommend Wilsonville Subaru to anyone looking for a new a car but i would also recommend gathering a little more information about all the options so that you can walk in knowing all the things you want and not just which car you want.

Working for the customer!

My wife and I came in late on a Friday evening. James was kind enough to stay late to answer all of our questions and ensured we could take delivery that same evening. Brad got me a rate lower than the one I walked in with but he didn't stop working the bank. Even though he exceeded my expectations he further worked the bank for an additional tier bump. My experience with Wilsonville Subaru has been fantastic on both the car buying and service side of their business model. The process of getting a car (in my case leasing) was easy, painless, and enjoyable. It is a beautiful dealership with a very friendly and easy-going staff. I especially enjoyed working with and getting to know Kevin Speer. He's an extremely easy-going and respectful Guest Advocate. He has your best interest in mind, never pushing you to do anything for his interest. He always just wants what is best for you and your lifestyle. When I initially came in, I thought I wanted a smaller model, but through talking to him I was able to determine that the Outback was the best model for my lifestyle, and I am extremely grateful that we were able to figure that out together. His advice was well-taken, being that his comments were always in my best interest. After the process, I was left with a sense that I would be a repeat-buyer because their process was so much better than other dealerships I have been to. Coming back for Service appointments is great, because it's such a comfortable atmosphere. It was 3 and a half years ago that I first walked through their doors, and now I'm back in the process of purchasing a second vehicle, and it's just as great as ever.

I have only purchased two cars in my life and both times have been pretty easy, but this time definitely takes the cake. I walked out with the car of my dreams, and was given all my options up front. Thomas was amazing and I totally recommend talk to him about your car needs. I have never been talked to about leasing vs. buying until I met with Thomas. Completely amazing experience. My fiance and I had a terrible experience at another Subaru dealer and left a fairly bad taste in our mouths but wanted a nice AWD car to help with exploring. We called in the morning to make sure that we had financing in place, then drove 2 hours to get a new Crosstrek. From start to finish, they were open and honest with us, worked with us, and reassured us through the whole thing.

This was my second purchase at Wilsonville Subaru in the past two years. I purchased a new vehicle in 2018 and decided to return with my daughter to buy her a used car because my first experience had gone so well. Buying my daughter's car was even easier than my first purchase! We worked with Jacob and he was great! A first ever, enjoyable car buying experience

On a whim, my wife and I decided to explore the possibility of trading in our Toyota 4Runner for something smaller and I found an online listing for an attractive option, a 2017 Toyota RAV4, surprisingly at the local Wilsonville, Subaru dealership. We called immediately and set an appointment for a test drive. As we approached we were reminded that they offer a one person, one price promise so we were curious to experience it. Our customer advocate was Jacob Crosby. Jacob's a true car guy, experienced beyond his years and a great person too. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him and learning in-depth information about the car and our potential options throughout the process. We ended up buying the car we came for and trading ours in, as well. As we left the dealership, we both said that it was the best car buying experience we've ever had and that Jacob was the best sales advocate we've ever had. As a business owner myself, I hope Wilsonville, Subaru appreciates the great talent and person they have in Jacob. Great experience.

I went to Wilsonville Subaru on a recommendation from a friend of mine. I went for a test drive and ended up buying a car! I knew exactly what I wanted, but wasn't sure about some extras and whether they were worth it. I worked with Marcelo and can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had making a major purchase, let alone a car. He was so respectful, kind, funny, and took the time to understand what I wanted in my next car. We had a great time and I will 100% buy my next car from Wilsonville Subaru! (though I plan to keep this one for a LONG time!!)

The entire buying experience was straight-forward and enjoyable. I test drove numerous cars, and never felt rushed to make a decision. When a financing mishap occurred (not the dealer’s fault), the dealership quickly remedied the mishap in MY FAVOR! I had a very unfortunate incident with my old vehicle and they helped me in every way throughout my process of getting rid of that car and into a new Subaru. Holly was amazing finding me the right car and being patient with me. Brad has been great in helping with my old car and the DMV. Great buying experience for a woman.

I bought a car and left my husband at home . My husband asked me if they did the "no bull" tactic, and was comfortable sending me into the shark tank of buying a used car by myself. Ty was really honest and fantastic to work with. The best part is Ty walked me through the day with little pressure. I declined the extended warranty, so I had to say no to the 20 boxes or so the manager made him read off to me, but he was a good sport about me declining the options. I think that is the sales tactic they use to sell warranty's, and I was OK with it. We were both impressed with the service Ty gave us. EVERYONE at the dealership is so genuine and low key. It was a bit like the twilight zone, I couldn't believe the calm feeling I had there. I had my defenses up when I went in, and it was not necessary, so leave your defenses at home folks.

Ty and Alan Rocked it!

Had the greatest experience leasing my new 2020 Impreza. Alan Anderson called me back in 10 min of my cold call to the dealership and had the car I wanted, he quoted me the lease price I needed. I arrived at the dealership 1.5hr later, test drove the car and signed the lease in record time. The payment was actually lower than his quote. Pleasant car-buying experience

The first sales rep we met with was Ty, & we felt comfortable with him & appreciated his willingness to provide all the info we needed without any pressure. Ty also offered to help us with any questions we might have later, & he called us the next day to tell us that a car we were interested in had become available. We enjoyed working with Ty, so when we became even more interested in the Forester, we came back in to see him; Ty was out that day, so Sam Coonrod helped us. He couldn't have been more helpful, especially explaining some of the more technical details to a couple of seniors who are challenged by all the new technology in today's autos. Sam patiently answered our numerous questions about our preferences for a new car. He confirmed our good opinion of the Forester and offered suggestions on how we could test drive it to get a real feel for it on the road. My main fear of driving is having visibility problems. Sam went into great detail to explain to me how the Forester would help me to deal with this issue, especially when making right-hand lane changes. We were completely convinced that this was the car for me, so we bought it that same day. Sam came out in the car with me to further demonstrate the assistance provided by the Forester when making that same lane change. On top of that, he even offered to give me a private familiarization lesson the next morning during his off-time in the dealership! This was THE MOST VALUABLE thing of all that he did for me because later that first evening, I had became concerned that I might have difficulty driving a big SUV for the first time; I was feeling intimidated by all the new technical data that I wasn't used to. By the end of my time with Sam, I felt totally reassured and comfortable about driving my new car. I've been driving it confidently every day since.

Helpful, no pressure atmosphere!

Rex was great to work with and we enjoyed the humor he brought to the buying experience. We had our 4 year old son with us and the playroom at the dealership was a big hit and kept him happy and busy. Ty helped out with the transaction as it was getting late in the day and was very helpful as well.

I had contemplated a Subaru for some time, and with a number of dealers in the area I could have used anyone. Having been 10+ years since buying a new car, I was mildly skeptical that the experience could actually be stress-free (even enjoyable). Wilsonville delivered. It started several months ago as I did research on which vehicle I wanted to purchase. I connected with Rachelle in their customer support team, and she was helpful, timely, proactive - but not pushy - in getting me the information I sought. When it finally came time to drive and buy, I felt well informed about my options and how the process would work. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was introduced to Holly. While I certainly talked with others at the dealership, Holly was dedicated to moving me through the entire process. We talked, she listened, and put me in the right vehicle. She made sure I knew all of the options available to me, and never pressed on those that I didn't want/need. I appreciated that greatly, and the fact that she took the time to actually listen to me. As a dealership, Wilsonville has it on point. The facilities are spotless, welcoming, and extremely well appointed. Nice showroom, comfy lounge, a cafe with very good food, and even play areas for the kids. Bottom line, the car buying experience is as advertised. Granted, I won't need to buy another car for a while, but I'd go back to Wilsonville in a heartbeat. Thank you Holly & Rachelle!

Kind, Informative, Easy

Thank you ANDREW PORTER for assisting us in our car leasing experience. We tried the old way with another dealer and it was BRUTAL. We came to Wilsonville Subaru nervous and apprehensive. Greeted with smiles and ushered in to meet Andrew was unexpected happiness. All of our questions were answered and our test drive was so fun. Andrew went beyond the call of duty and got us into our new 2019 Forester. He taught us about all the ins and outs of the dashboard and special features and made sure we were comfortable with our new vehicle. While there, we saw maybe 100 people come in and each was greeted happily as we were. Every desk was occupied with folks buying or leasing a Subaru. There were kids in the play area and folks enjoying the cozy fireplace or playing ping pong. There was food, coffee and of course the kind Wilsonville folks making sure everyone was doing good. Would I recommend Wilsonville Subaru? You bet! We will definitely come back for our next Subaru

I was anxious about having to haggle but that didn't happen at Wilsonville Subaru. There is no haggling and everything is put on the table, to make the best decision on what kind of car you want, as well as the best decision for your pocketbook. They were professional, patient and it truly was the ultimate buying experience. Rachelle with Customer Service also kept me in engaged and helped to set up my appt. with ease. I went to dealership just to drive a Subaru as I was in the market for a newer vehicle but has no intentions on buying at all. Was greeted by Steven Baker at the door. I said I had an apt to look at one of there used cars. Steven ended up showing me the cars and took for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Forester as he owns one himself. He answered all my questions with ease. Next came the interest rate and monthly payment. To my surprise I walked out of there purchasing a car and I felt great about what I had just did all by myself. Thank You Steven for making this car buying experience exceptional!! Looking forward to having my car serviced for years to come here at Wilsonville Subaru !!! As my last vehicle I bought new just turned over 303,500.00 miles.

Was a great experience, in a very classy facility.

Chose Wilsonville Subaru out of convenience; is the closest Subaru dealership to my residence. Their prices and offerings were comparable to other local dealerships, but their customer service was SUPERB, and their dealership is second-to-none, in terms of building and presentation. Took about 4 hours total to buy my 2020 Forester Sport, half of that time was due to my deliberation. Pretty no-nonsense experience from beginning to end, and very low stress in comparison to prior car buying forays. Would recommend them without reservation.

Highly recommend Wilsonville Subaru!

We had a great experience buying from Wilsonville Subaru from start to finish. In spite of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ainslie and Andrew took great care of us. We were looking for a specific Forester and Ainslie confirmed they had it in stock and available. Andrew then walked us through the purchasing process and later delivered it personally to our door, and gave us a great tutorial on all the new features, all while taking great care under the pandemic conditions.We are very happy first-time customers of Wilsonville Subaru!

Holly went above and beyond to fix the issue when I was provided a car that was not the right fit. She immediately pulled a car off of a lift had it ready and was detailing the car when I walked in for a replacement. She pulled the exact car I had asked for originally, lowered the payment that I was originally provided, gave me a thorough overview of the car with beyond exceptional customer service. I could not ask for a better sales associate to help me through the process of the switch. Thank you Holly for your kind, welcoming personality and excellent service. A very special experience!

We preordered a vehicle from Max Thompson, who assisted me with fine tuning my needs in a vehicle. While awaiting the arrival of my vehicle I could easily access staff by Chat, email or phone for updates. Roree Lewis was so helpful and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle and provided me with information as we requested it. She coordinated with Max the salesperson to make our experience special. Roree's supervisor, Paul Heinrich. also sent me a follow up email to ensure that I was completely satisfied and to ensure that my questions had been answered. We had never met Roree face to face, but when the vehicle arrived and it was time to finalize the purchase, Roree called us and assisted us in scheduling our appointment. Shortly after arriving for our appointment, Roree came over and introduced herself. She seemed just as excited about our new Subaru as we are! That is what I call, "a very special experience at Wilsonville Subaru!" Thank you Roree, Max and Paul!
