I was ready to make a move and trade in my Toyota 4-Runner for a Crosstek so decided to have my third "NO BULL" experience, but this time with Subaru. My experience was awesome with Holly. She literally spent most of the day with me. Test drove two: one used Certified Pre-Owned and one new vehicle. Holly was patient with me as we looked over the numbers for both vehicles - I had wanted to reduce my payment, but in order to get the car of my dreams (and yes, I have been dreaming about a sporty Crosstrek) I basically got into a similar payment that I had with my previous vehicle, the 4-Runner. She knew that I would most likely be disappointed if I settled for the used vehicle after having driven a new 4-Runner with all the bells and whistles. Talk about bells and whistles!!! My new Subaru Crosstrek has them all! I am so, so happy with my purchase so far. And my new car fits me like a glove! Thank you so much Wilsonville Subaru!!!
We went to a couple other Subaru dealerships and were not impressed at all. Wilsonville is quite a drive for us but but well worth it. They were able to answer any questions I had without giving me a run around. Show room and lobby were top notch. My son was able to play in the kids room while we did all the paperwork and were able to see him the whole time. I’ve never had a better car buying experience.

From my first phone call to the dealership to every one I came in contact, such a great experience. Holly answered all my questions without hesitation, she showed me exactly what I wanted and didn’t make me feel as if I was a target for a sale. The dealership itself was warm and welcoming and the indoor inventory was immaculate and made the new car search much more exciting. It was a very human experience not a sales experience, which is what you usually encounter at a dealership. As a woman coming in alone to buy a car I never once felt like I would be taken advantage of. To top it off they kindly let me take my new car home that day while leaving my current in the lot, and shuttled me to the dealership the next morning to retrieve it. I had a wonderful experience working with Holly Hill. I have medical issues that makes it difficult to get around and had no car to drive to the dealership, and over the phone Holly jumped right in. She picked me up at my house with the car I wanted and took me in. We then of course went over the car and features, went on a test drive, did the paperwork and rode with me back to the house where another employee picked her up. I had requested different tires and another add on. She actually called me and had made the appointment for the work to be done. At the same time I had also noticed some other items that need to be cleaned up, and like before she drove out to my house with a loaner and took my car in. When it was ready, she brought it back and took the loaner. Amazing! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. If I've had questions Holly has answered those as well as other employees at the main desk or parts. When I have told people about my experience they are impressed., I also got a followup call from Danielle and will be meeting with her for more questions as I understand she is the main contact for such things( haven't had a new car in many years!), but I know Holly will always be there too. You folks have a good thing going with Holly and your entire staff. Holly is professional, well versed in the vehicle, understanding and compassionate. I can't praise her enough. I love my new car!

Brian kept me updated through the entire almost week long process with helpful information and was very flexible with our availability. I had contemplated a Subaru for some time, and with a number of dealers in the area I could have used anyone. Having been 10+ years since buying a new car, I was mildly skeptical that the experience could actually be stress-free (even enjoyable). Wilsonville delivered. It started several months ago as I did research on which vehicle I wanted to purchase. I connected with Rachelle in their customer support team, and she was helpful, timely, proactive - but not pushy - in getting me the information I sought. When it finally came time to drive and buy, I felt well informed about my options and how the process would work. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was introduced to Holly. While I certainly talked with others at the dealership, Holly was dedicated to moving me through the entire process. We talked, she listened, and put me in the right vehicle. She made sure I knew all of the options available to me, and never pressed on those that I didn't want/need. I appreciated that greatly, and the fact that she took the time to actually listen to me. As a dealership, Wilsonville has it on point. The facilities are spotless, welcoming, and extremely well appointed. Nice showroom, comfy lounge, a cafe with very good food, and even play areas for the kids. Bottom line, the car buying experience is as advertised. I wasn't yet ready to buy when I first spoke with them, but there was never any pressure - they followed up when agreed, not hassling me with sales calls or emails, and I always knew my single point of contact for dealing with them. When I came in for a test drive, Holly was patient and helpful in talking through my options, accepted that I needed a bit more time, and kept in contact between appointments. She kept me updated on the delivery date of the car I was interested in, but never pressurized me into making a purchase decision until I was ready - she happily answered all my questions and I felt that it was important to her that I was happy with my choice. We were offered a slightly lower price at another dealership, but they just couldn't match the excellent customer experience at Wilsonville Subaru. Holly is the single biggest reason we returned to buy our car from Wilsonville. A new car is a big purchase, and I want to know the quality after-care is there as well. Buying a car seemed like a very daunting task, everyone I've talked to leads me to that impression. Turns out, that doesn't have to be the case! I left this dealership scratching my head as to how this whole process could possibly be that easy. Holly was great, she let me look around, offered to take more than one test drive, showed me all of the relevant points of the cars, and helped me pick something right for my budget. Never felt overly pressured to walk out with a car or upgrade to something with more options. Three months later and I'm still happy with the experience, the service, and most importantly, the car! Only point I have any second thoughts on is my trade in value. Would have liked another neutral opinion on that one.

I needed to get my brakes serviced so i requested a loaner. They gave me a brand new 2019 Subaru crosstrek in khaki blue. It had a huge back up screen , navigation, lane assist, and drove like a dream. When i mentioned to Rachael O'Connor n Service how much I liked the Crosstreks' safety features they offered to provide me with a trade in value for my 2014 Forester, just in case i wanted to upgrade. They also had a sales lady Holly Hill ready to meet with me when i turned in the loaner. I saw the beautiful dark blue 2019 Forester Sport and loved it but i fell hard for the dark blue sparkly Outback limited! Holly was very knowledgable and provided me all i needed to get the new Outback. I was given a great trade in value on my Forester , 0% interest loan and skiing passes for two! Holly and Aj were great! Holly greeted us and Aj pretty much took over when it came time to test drive. I went in knowing I wanted a Crosstrek but was uncertain on all the details. They listened to what was important to me and helped me find the perfect one! Even the financing and all the paperwork was a comfortable experience. I got a fair trade in value and never once felt pressured to get something out of my means. They did their magic and seriously made this the best car buying experience I could have imagined!

I've been putting off buying a new car for quite a while. It has never been a pleasant experience in the past. Once I decided I wanted the new forester, I chose to try Wilsonville Subaru because of the reviews and commercials. I started texting with Janelle and she let me know when the foresters arrived. Holly was very helpful and even though the selection was still limited, I was never pushed to make a choice. Originally I was considering the Sport model, but because of the good price I bought the Touring model. It is loaded with safety features and there is a lot to learn, but I am very happy.
Holly did a great job showing me around and letting me know all of my options when choosing my new subi. I ended up leaving with the first car that caught my eye and am very happy with my choice.
Holly Hill was terrific. She was the only person that I had to deal with. Incredible store, great layout. Easy location to get to. Places for children places for adults. Even the people waiting for their cars to be services were not annoyed. Very Impressed Great inventory. All the staff seem very happy and were all extremely pleasant.
Our previous Subaru broke down on I5, and we had it towed in to be fixed or traded in. We ended up trading it in for a new car. Holly was so helpful with picking out the right car and lease option, and very patient with our scheduling issues and with our toddler who tagged along. I also really appreciated Janelle’s help over the phone the night that our car broke down. She was so sweet, and answered all my questions about getting our car towed there to be looked at for fixing/trade in. We were actually closer to another Subaru dealership when we broke down, but we had our car towed up to you because Janelle was so helpful and kind! And I’m very glad we did!
We had an extended car buying experience at this dealership because of legal entanglements with our previous car manufacturer and us subsequently being a bit paranoid about which vehicle to purchase next. We didn't start with Holly, but we were eventually connected with her and she did 95% of the entire process so i'm essentially saying it was all her. She helped my wife go through multiple vehicles and painstakingly decide on what to get. She had to repeat this process to an extent because we thought we were ready before we were actually ready the first time. By the time we came back the cars we looked at were gone. Holly happily did the whole process again and helped to find one that both my wife and I are extremely happy with which is our 2018 forester. It wasn't easy because we are both very particular people. The one we found was a closeout model that had the top trim touring package at a large discount. I wasn't even remotely expecting to get that level of trim, but we were both very happy about that and that it fit in our budget. When we bought the vehicle there were time constraints and Holly not only worked her butt off to make it work she even drove over to my house to help expedite things (twice!) and she really didn't have to do any of that and that is a level of customer service I will remember forever. In the end she enabled me to keep the schedule I wanted almost to the exact minute which in and of itself was impressive. The last thing I want to mention is the honesty and integrity of this dealership. After the purchase Holly went over the extra items like maintenance packages and other things we can add or do to the vehicle if desired. One item in particular was the invisible bra and I was iffy about adding it due to the high cost, but I did decide to purchase it. Later on one of the supervisors whose name I don't remember sadly came over and noticed the vehicle already had the invisible bra on and told Holly to adjust the invoice accordingly. Now, I mention this because that add on is very hard to notice outright hence the invisible part of the name. If the staff here were less than honest they could've very easily charged me for a new bra but for the invisible bra that was already on there and honestly I doubt me or my wife would've known the difference and that already high price point would've stayed on the invoice. I was very relieved to hear this not only for the financial savings, but it also renewed my faith in humanity and with car dealers in general since our experience before this ended in a 3 year court battle and made us paranoid of when the time would come to change vehicles. In closing, I think my wife and I made an excellent choice to purchase a Subaru since even before we've had much of a chance to "break the car in" the experience up to the point of possession has been nothing but phenomenal and I have zero negative things to say because any negatives there may have been were thoroughly addressed and we look forward to driving our Forester for many many years to come and eventually coming back when it's time to buy another vehicle. Thank you so much to Holly and the entire dealership for making this a happy event instead of a stressful one.
Sales experience wasn’t bad. Better than I’ve had anywhere else. Holly made me feel comfortable. Buying something that expensive was super stressful, but I’m loving my car. Quality of aftermarket leather was surprisingly sub par. They did fix it though. Had a little trouble with the service department at first, but they got everything figured out.
We truly appreciated working with Holly. She was knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I while we consider the options available at Wilsonville Subaru. The no bull business model was impressive and that made it easy to do business. Most importantly, they amazed us more with how often they followed up with us to make sure we were still enjoying our 2018 Outback. Great customer and sales service/experience! I went to Wilsonville Subaru after finding a car online that had the features I wanted. I was greeted in a sincere and friendly manner. It turns out that I didn't buy that car. When I told Holly this, she accepted my decision without trying to change my mind. A few days later I found a car, again online, that was a better fit. I bought this car. Holly was very helpful and patient during the purchasing process.
Between Janelle, Holly and Jay I was amazed in the amount of care and effort they put into my needs. I live about an hour away. My phone conversations started with Janelle, she answered all my initial questions and when I asked for pictures of the car she sent me videos! Then Holly who I've been on the phone with for about 2 days answered all my questions got me all lined up for the car I wanted. She listened to what I liked and got me the perfect car! And what is usually the hardest part (the payment) Jay made it easy and quick, he even stayed late when it took me longer to get out there. He made sure I had the best payment options that made sense for me. Overall I think these guys killed it and created some lifelong customers and guests of Wilsonville Subaru.
This was my first time at a dealership and I was very nervous and hesitant before coming in, but apon entry everyone was so nice and comforting. I knew wilsonville Subaru was the place to be. After some greetings from a staff member and our dealer Holly I felt real comfortable and exited with the whole experience and it felt like there was absolutely no pressure which was huge. Great selection, beautiful customer lounge, but the real gem is Holly. We flew in to Portland and met Holly in my new ride. We went to the dealership, did some paperwork, and went on vacation. We didn't go in to Subaru expecting much--all we wanted to do was look at potential cars to trade in for, with safety in mind. Because of financial limitations, we were afraid of the news we'd receive about our chances based on previous financial hardships. We'd gone through it so many times before... See something we like, and be reminded that our mistakes outweighed our recent turnaround and desire to build a better future. That's why we were truly shocked working with Steven Baker, in every positive way possible. He walked us through our options, he was brutally honest about our chances with pricier cars (which was appreciated), and he was very patient as we walked through our own thought process. In the end, we settled on leasing a new Subaru, but it wasn't without obstacles. I can not emphasize enough how encouraging and uplifting it was seeing Steven so determined to make things work. We had to scramble for money, he kept in touch. We had less-than-ideal credit, he went the extra mile during the approval process. We couldn't afford the original monthly payment, he was able to work his magic and bring it down to an affordable range. Through every step of the way, Steven went above and beyond even what you consider to be exemplary customer service, where you say to yourself, "that guy was cool". More than that, Steven was memorable. For as long as we live on this Earth, I will remember the generosity Steven showed us during a time when we needed some sort of light, and I will be sure to return the favor to someone else some day when they need that same light. I was very nervous as it was a serious undertaking for me purchasing this on my own. Stephen Baker was there the whole time. Very able to understand my uneasiness,and soon I could relax and enjoy the whole procedure. Looking for one that suited me, talking about the features, driving it - whether that was what I wanted. Steven was fantastic. My husband and I met him on a random stop in to check out Subaru's for my mother. He then spent lot's of time with her a week later explaining the different models and features. Steven was so patient and had her try each one extensively and made sure she was able to understand the features. Later he met us on his day off to finalize a choice and complete the deal. He had a "no pressure" sales presentation, his goal was to make sure mom had only the things she really needed. He even helped detail the car for her first drive off the lot. Great Job Steven!!!
I met with Andrew Porter to discuss the upcoming end of my lease. Did I want to buy my car or get a new one (I would not look at anything other than a Subaru)? I had been thinking about it. Andrew took me through the options very thoroughly and I finally decided that I wanted a 2019 "Winter Ice" Outback LTD. He had one in stock and I loved it! We then took care of all the paperwork and with his wonderful personality and help, I felt that I had leased the perfect car from a great person and a great dealership!
