As Wilsonville Subaru’s Guest Experience Director, Roree Lewis helps ensure every guest receives prompt assistance and has a great experience while shopping for the right vehicle. Whether customers are just beginning their search or ready to visit the dealership, she works to make the process smooth, welcoming, and stress free.
One of Roree’s favorite parts of her job is making customers happy and showing them how easy it can be to do business with Wilsonville Subaru. With 10 years of experience at the dealership, she has helped develop team members within the internet sales department and has seen many go on to successful careers on the sales floor.
Roree is passionate about vehicle product knowledge and enjoys helping guests navigate their options when they aren’t quite sure what they’re looking for. She takes pride in listening to customers, answering their questions, and helping point them in the right direction based on their needs and goals.
When working with Roree, customers can expect a friendly, patient approach. She is committed to helping people find what they need on their timeline and is always available to answer questions along the way.
Outside of work, Roree enjoys spending time with her family, playing basketball, watching basketball, and cooking. A fun fact about her is that she is a state champion basketball player and previously competed in weightlifting competitions.
