Sales Manager Assistants are responsible for reviewing and correcting transaction data, verifying accuracy and compliance of and preparation and processing of all dealership, contract and DMV documents for vehicle transactions, communicating with financial institutions regarding customer financing and funding of transactions, customer payment processing, interacting and providing assistance to the business office regarding vehicle transactions, monitoring and resolving contracts in transit delays and monies due, maintaining accurate documents and sales materials including rate and product information for the Sales Department and assisting Sales Managers, Finance Director and General Manager with other tasks as assigned.
